We’re hiring a Part-Time Assistant in Memphis to help with property-related errands, sign installations, and more. Please read the entire post if so! ????️ About the Role This is a part-time position that could grow into full-time for the right person. We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn. You’ll work directly under the founder, and you will be taught real estate investing, raising capital, underwriting deals, managing construction, and section 8 investing.

Your responsibilities may include:

Installing and removing signs (must be available Friday and Sunday nights, ~6-9 PM) Running errands (e.g., picking up materials, posting notices) Taking photos of properties/walking properties. Other tasks related to managing and marketing real estate deals ✅ Requirements Must have your own vehicle, smartphone, and a valid driver’s license Available Friday evenings and Sunday nights from 6-9 PM (non-negotiable) Must be dependable, punctual, ready to hustle, and game to learn No real estate experience required – we’ll teach you how to spot opportunities and support our investment deals ????
