We specialize in identifying high-opportunity residential and commercial properties and maximizing returns through strategic execution. Our mission is to deliver consistent results and long-term value for our partners, buyers, and communities. About the Role We’re looking for a Disposition Manager — a confident, driven sales closer who can take real estate deals from contract to close. You’ll be responsible for selling off-market properties to our network of cash buyers, landlords, and rehabbers. This is a fast-paced, high-reward role for someone who thrives on relationship-building, negotiation, and being in control of their income. You’ll manage a pipeline of deals, connect with investors, and drive revenue for the company — all from our Memphis office. No real estate license required. Just bring the hustle and communication skills — we’ll train you on the rest. Responsibilities Market exclusive investment properties to our internal buyer list and new buyer leads Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, and contractors Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms for real estate transactions Coordinate property showings and walkthroughs Manage pipeline activity and follow-up within our internal systems Work closely with the acquisitions team and leadership to hit revenue targets ✅ What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills Comfortable on the phone and able to build rapport quickly Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-up Interest in real estate and willingness to learn the industry Compensation Base salary + commission: $65k-100k+ potential Six-figure earning potential for top performers Paid training provided How to Apply Send your resume and a short note (2-3 sentences) on why you’re a great fit.
