The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding their perfect home while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective tenants with property inquiries and tours. Conduct property showings and highlight key features of available units. Manage leasing paperwork, including contracts and applications, ensuring accuracy in data entry. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property management software such as OneSite and CMMS. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive relationship. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant needs promptly and professionally. Skills Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail. Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant issues effectively. Experience in property management is highly desirable. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Proven customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. Sales experience is beneficial for promoting available properties. Background in real estate administrative tasks will be advantageous.
