The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the loan post-closing process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of mortgage servicing and underwriting processes. Responsibilities Prepare the closing package to send to the lender Disburse all checks and verify all wires are processed. Verify all items on title are paid off and/or released Utilize basic math skills to calculate final figures, including closing costs and loan amounts. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to closings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients regarding their loans. •Qualifications Previous experience in post-closing for real-estate transaction with a title company Familiarity with post-closing processes and regulations related to real estate closings is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple files simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
