Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Perform initial property walkthroughs to assess repair needs, renovation potential, and property value. Take detailed notes and photos during property visits for internal review. Present offers to homeowners, clearly outlining benefits and terms. Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms to align with company goals. Overcome objections and address seller concerns effectively. Secure signed contracts on the spot whenever possible. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends, comparable property values, and neighborhood data. Provide accurate property evaluations and pricing recommendations. Maintain regular communication with homeowners throughout the selling process. Update CRM systems with accurate and timely notes after each appointment. Foster long-term relationships for repeat and referral business. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions. Provide feedback to the team on market conditions and customer insights. Qualifications 1-3 years of real estate sales, acquisitions, or direct sales experience preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain lasting relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset. Tech-savvy with CRM and lead management software. Ability to work independently in the field. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Real estate license preferred but not required. Self-motivated, Positive attitude, and Coachable Compensation $60,000 – $90,000+ yearly (composed of $2k-$3k/mo base salary depending on experience + sales commissions).
