Collierville Area Pay:
DOE (Depends on Experience) $$$$ Are you a seasoned real estate assistant who knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to support our top-producing real estate business.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing transactions from contract to close Handling showing coordination, calendar management, and client communication Creating and organizing marketing content (Canva, social media, flyers, etc.) Updating CRM and assisting with database/lead follow-up Supporting me with daily admin and operational tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Must have previous real estate assistant or transaction coordination experience Highly organized, efficient, and proactive Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable with tech (Google, Canva, CRM platforms) Real estate license preferred, but not required Local candidates only. Part-time to start, with potential for full-time.
