Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Previous leasing experience preferred; strong background in customer service or sales required Familiarity with tax credit housing is strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable using Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs Saturday availability required Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
