Job Description
Investment Property Coordinator The Milliken Corporation Bethpage, TN 37022 • Hybrid work Milliken Properties is looking for a motivated, sharp-minded individual to take the lead in identifying, acquiring, leasing, and managing high-potential real estate investments—including both commercial and residential properties. This role is a unique blend of property scouting, leasing, property management, and sales—perfect for someone who sees opportunity where others don’t and knows how to close the deal. You’ll explore targeted areas to find abandoned, for-sale, or underutilized properties—homes, warehouses, buildings—that can be transformed into thriving investments. You’ll also use creative research methods and networking to uncover off-market opportunities. Once properties are secured, you’ll assist with leasing efforts, working to secure lease commitments, support tenant onboarding, and help manage the property to ensure strong performance and tenant satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who: Tracks leads and follow-ups with consistency Is confident and persuasive when speaking with potential tenants Understands leasing and can help move prospects from inquiry to agreement Communicates well—both in person and over the phone Is organized, dependable, and professional with tenants and team members Is self-motivated, driven, and thrives on thinking creatively Has an interest or experience in real estate, property management, or leasing A property management license and real estate license are preferred, but not required.
