Role:
We’re hiring a Rental Sales Representative to grow our equipment rental business across the general construction market. This is a field-based sales role—not a desk job—where you’ll build relationships with contractors, solve jobsite problems, and drive revenue through smart, customer-first solutions. You’ll represent a newer, reliable rental fleet and a company that values your hustle, respects your time, and backs you with strong internal support. What You’ll Do:
Build and manage relationships with construction contractors, jobsite foremen, and project managers to grow rental business. Identify and pursue new opportunities for equipment rentals in the general construction sector. Create tailored rental proposals based on jobsite needs and equipment requirements. Work closely with the Rental and Service departments to ensure equipment availability and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular jobsite visits to maintain visibility and strengthen customer relationships. Stay informed on construction project timelines and upcoming opportunities in the region. Attend sales training and industry events to sharpen product knowledge and sales strategies.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in rental equipment or construction-related industries. Strong knowledge of construction equipment such as telehandlers, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and related tools. Comfortable working in and around active construction sites. Highly motivated and organized, with a track record of hitting sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
