We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Associate to join our in-house Car Rental Department. Position Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Relations Associate to join our car rental team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist clients with rental reservations, vehicle pick-ups and returns, and help resolve any issues during their rental period. If you’re passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the rental counter or over the phone/email. Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently. Explain rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features. Coordinate pick-ups and returns, inspect vehicles for damage, and record mileage/fuel levels. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records in the rental management system. Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of rental vehicles. Work closely with the fleet team to manage vehicle availability and logistics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus. Prior experience in automotive, car rental, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Comfortable working with computers. A team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
