This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing and inspecting personal protective equipment (PPE) rentals, coordinating deliveries and returns, and ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Rental Operations:

Participate in washing, tagging, and inspecting Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure compliance with NFPA safety standards. Assist in the rental process for PPE gear, explaining why it’s important and how to use it properly. Receiving rental returns in the back bay. Prepare gear for delivery, and clean and check it before putting it back in storage.

Warehouse Duties:

Receive, process, and organize incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate records and proper storage. Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe, always following proper safety protocols. Assist with organizing and managing inventory stock.

Delivery & Pickup Coordination:

Deliver and pick up rental equipment across the tri-county area, ensuring safe and timely transportation.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
