Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner. • Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
