The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for managing rental inventory, assisting customers with their rental needs, and promoting our services effectively. Duties Maintain accurate records of rental inventory and ensure all items are accounted for. Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist customers in selecting rental items that meet their needs while providing detailed information on features and benefits. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement. Utilize Excel and Word to create reports, manage schedules, and maintain documentation. Engage in outside sales activities to promote rental services within the community. Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory control processes and enhance overall efficiency. Participate in retail sales initiatives, ensuring that promotional materials are displayed effectively. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for client interactions. Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
