Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented male Car Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be the face of our company, helping customers select and rent vehicles while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with vehicle rentals and returns Explain rental terms and conditions clearly Complete rental agreements and related paperwork accurately Inspect vehicles before and after rentals Process payments and handle credit card transactions Assist with vehicle cleaning and organization as needed Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available vehicles and promotions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
