Rental Coordinator Big Orange Rental, Inc. Ocala, FL 34482
Rental Coordinator Main Position Responsibilities:
Successfully manage rental fleet and all necessary contracts within assigned location Works professionally and respectfully with all customers, employees, and vendors either in person, on phone, or via electronic communication Assist sales staff in developing customer relationships Answer all inbound rental calls Achieve and/or surpass established rental revenue goals Coordinate with service department and yard personnel to maintain a clean and available rental fleet Use company supplied technological assets effectively Handle transport logistics for assigned location Promote the entire organization’s commitment to service excellence Continuously demonstrate perseverance, reliability, and professionalism
Required Education, Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent work experience considered Self-motivated with ability to perform daily and weekly tasks with little supervision Ability to multi-task, be organized, and work independently to manage time and assignments Equipment or industry experience preferred or general work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess the ability to learn new software programs Ability to pass a background check A valid Driver’s License and ability to drive a company vehicle Must be physically able to assist customers and employees with assigned tasks Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Florida Coast Equipment is an
