Associate Responsibilities Rental Coordination:
Schedule and manage the rental of heavy equipment, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and resolving any issues that arise.
Administrative Support:
Handle administrative duties such as processing rental agreements, invoicing, and maintaining accurate rental records.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment availability to meet customer demands.
Logistics Support:
Assist with coordinating transportation for equipment delivery and pickups.
Equipment Maintenance Coordination:
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for use. Schedule any necessary repairs or service.
Billing and Documentation:
Process payments, generate invoices, and ensure all rental documentation is completed accurately and on time. Skills
