Our rental division serves commercial clients such as event venues, universities, airports, government agencies, and seasonal markets, as well as high-demand consumer use cases. Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated National Rental Coordinator to manage and grow our rental operations. This person will be the central hub for inbound and outbound rental activity: engaging leads, coordinating logistics, verifying insurance, finalizing contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Sales Respond to inbound rental inquiries via phone, email, and website leads. Proactively follow up with past clients and prospects to generate new business. Prepare and send rental quotes and proposals. Close bookings and upsell premium services (e.g., long-term rentals, specialty carts). Contracting & Payment Draft and send rental agreements using company templates. Ensure timely collection of deposits, full payments, and any add-on charges. Verify customer insurance or arrange alternatives through our policies. Logistics Coordination Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules across 16 locations and external logistics providers. Communicate clearly with customers on timing, drop-off instructions, and return procedures. Work with internal teams to ensure availability and fleet readiness. Customer Service & Support Act as the point of contact for all rental-related communication. Handle scheduling changes, extensions, and issue resolution. Maintain excellent customer relationships that promote repeat business. Administrative Track all rentals in CRM and maintain detailed customer and contract records. Work closely with operations and accounting to ensure proper invoicing and reporting. Monitor rental inventory levels across locations and identify demand gaps. Qualifications 2+ years experience in rentals, sales coordination, dispatching, or logistics preferred. Strong phone and email communication skills. Proficient with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and contract software. High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple rental orders and priorities at once. Knowledge of or interest in golf carts, small fleet vehicles, or transportation/logistics a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay plus commission.
