None Job Summary Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our purchasing team. Job Responsibilities/Requirements Oversee rebate agreements, including data entry, tracking, and management. Process vendor check payments, including issuing, tracking, and distributing payments. Prepare and send backup documentation to vendors as needed. Conduct audits of checks, credit memos, and repayment transactions. Scan documents into systems and shared folders. Run monthly sales reports and perform audits prior to submission to the accounting team for repayment processing. Maintain Excel-based vendor compliance information. Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting, plus familiarity with document management systems (e.g. DocuWare). Must be able to analyze and generate reports. Should be familiar with payment processing systems and vendor relations. Knowledge of rebate programs and reconciliation processes is preferred. Experience with SAP / Vistex or similar ERP systems is preferred. Experience in accounting is a plus. Other duties as assigned.
