compensation: 16.00 per hour employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Self Storage Associate Self Storage Property Associate Immediate need for someone with the following skills:
- Renting/Leasing Associate
- Must be able to type, use a computer to input all client information in the computer system.
Use of Telephone:
Discussing/identifying client needs, helping clients to identify what is needed/how we can assist in their self storage needs (climate control, drive up, boat/rv, etc).
- Walking/showing self storage units to clients. Must be able to lift a single car garage door. Show clients units for rent, including utilizing a golf cart when necessary.
- Cleaning
- Maintaining a clean office environment. Assisting with cleaning (broom sweeping, picking up any materials on the property, inside a unit upon move out).
- Collection Calls
- Calling clients to make them aware of payments owed.
- Maintenance
- Working with upper management to call/schedule vendors for repairs on the property, and sign off when repairs are complete.
- Survey
- Daily survey of the property to note any move-outs, and any property repair needs. Move-outs to be recorded in the computer system and repairs communicated with upper management.
- Pricing Competitiveness
- Ability to record competitors pricing and report this to upper management for any price adjustments.
