Overview:
We are growing rental company at a condominium on siesta key. We are seeking a detail-oriented Rental Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities. Help grow our business and grow your opportunities with us.
Work schedule:
Monday 8:30-4:30 Wednesday 8:30-4:30 Saturday 9:00-5:00 Hours may change as we grow our business.
Duties:
- Manage rental inquiries and reservations
- Coordinate rental contracts and agreements
- Assist customers with rental needs and provide information on available options
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth rental operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Rental Booking software
- Exceptional customer service skills to assist clients effectively
- Experience in event planning and project coordination for organizing rentals
- Strong office management skills including filing, proofreading, and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as calendar management efficiently
