⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Furnished room rental agent expert needed (cambridg) compensation: tbd Looking for a Real Estate Agent to market , show and rent 4 to 5 d spaces in the Harvard Square Cambridge, MA these are 1 year rentals ONLY starting sept 1 every year . This year just one is renewing . area right by the river. a 4 floor 4 bedroom single family and a tiny home. both unique and detached. Possibly to manage at later date. Would have to have the knowledge of all the websites that allow room for rent like zillow, mlspin, marketplace, etc. Must be local to the area, please lmk your background in this and how you would structure payment or if you would retrieve from tenant. Also in the future there may be possibility of managing the property using a property software Ive used for years called Hemlane.
