We are seeking a highly responsive and resourceful Weekend Vacation Rental Coordinator to join our team.
- -Job Summary
- The Weekend Vacation Rental Coordinator is responsible for managing guest communications, handling incoming calls, providing creative solutions for guest concerns, and occasionally driving to properties to assist with various tasks. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to managing issues that may arise.
- -Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication & Support:
Answer all incoming messages and phone calls from guests professionally and promptly. Provide creative solutions for difficult situations that may arise Coordinate check-ins and check-outs to ensure a seamless experience Address and resolve guest concerns, escalating to management when necessary Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling guest interactions Additional administrative tasks during downtime as assigned Track, organize, and place purchase orders for supplies On-Site Assistance (As Needed): Drive to properties occasionally to assist with urgent issues or guest requests Perform minor troubleshooting tasks when needed (e.g., Wi-Fi resets, lock issues) Verify that properties meet company standards for cleanliness and readiness
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with service providers and vendors for routine and emergency maintenance Track and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely completion Report any property damage or issues requiring attention
- -Qualifications
