Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers in renting vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth rental process.

Duties :

• Greet customers and provide them with information about available rental options
• Assist customers in completing rental agreements and collecting necessary documentation
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning
• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules with customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• Upsell additional services or upgrades to customers when appropriate

Experience :

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of the local rental market is a plus
• Basic retail math skills for handling payments and calculating rental fees
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to customers
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers
