Bobcat Parts/Rental Associate Bobcat of Wilson/New Bern/Winterville 1712 US Highway 301 S, Wilson, NC 27893 Bobcat Parts/Rental Associate White’s Equipment LLC. is an authorized Bobcat dealership serving the Wilson, Winterville, New Bern and Jacksonville areas. White’s Equipment is currently seeking a Bobcat Parts/Rental Associate for our Wilson location.
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in parts counter customers
- Answer incoming calls and process parts department orders
- Process part department orders for technicians
- Process part department claims for damaged product and follow up on back orders
- Detailed receiving of incoming parts department stock orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments and post freight
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory audits of the parts department
- Maintain a positive customer relationship
- Coordinate rentals of Bobcat equipment
- Maintain inventory of rental equipment
- Ensure rental equipment is up to date on maintenance and repairs
- Pick up and delivery of rental equipment as needed
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Mechanical experience is a plus
- Computer skills required
- Multi-task capabilities
- Background and drug screening
- Knowledge of Bobcat equipment is preferred
