- Remote Mannn Rent-A-Car is seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Rental Coordinator Secretary to join our growing team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate vehicle rentals and ensure that our fleet remains consistently rented. This position requires excellent organizational skills and sales abilities, as you will be tasked with optimizing rental bookings, following up with clients, and handling rental inquiries. Additionally, you will manage standard secretarial duties such as answering phones, scanning and uploading documents, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage rental bookings, ensuring vehicles are continuously rented out
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to process rental requests, confirm bookings, and answer inquiries
- Follow up with customers to upsell additional services or rentals
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, vehicle availability, and client interactions
- Perform general secretarial tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, scanning, and uploading documents
- Work with the team to handle escalations, customer issues, and scheduling changes
- Support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the rental process
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client relationships and satisfaction
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of vehicle types and features

Social Media Management Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales experience or a strong aptitude for sales and upselling
- Proficient in office software and technology for remote work (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems)
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer service or related administrative roles
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple rentals at once
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Experience in the car rental industry is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Car rental/ Car Dealership Experience (MANDATORY)
- Previous experience in remote work or virtual assistance is preferred

Base pay +

Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
