Equipment Returns Associate 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Woodside, NY 11377 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equipment Returns Associate to manage all aspects of inbound and outbound equipment processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate tracking, inspection, and processing of returned and dispatched equipment, while also supporting cross-functional collaboration with technical and billing teams. Handle inbound equipment returns Process returns from start to finish Manage ticketing processes for all outbound equipment and swaps Inspect the condition of returned equipment Record all returns being processed, as well as any extra equipment Create sales orders for missing or damaged equipment Perform equipment status changes, transfers, and inventory adjustments Collaborate closely with technical consultants and billing personnel to determine accurate rental charges Competencies Fluency in Spanish Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Preferred Education and Experience Spanish language competence is required. Experience in a construction company is highly ideal.
