Outside Rental Sales Representative Eagle Power and Equipment Corp 953 Bethlehem Pike, Montgomeryville, PA 18936 Position Overview The Outside Rental Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new rental opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. As we expand our rental operations, we’re looking for a driven Outside Rental Sales Representative to grow our rental customer base and maximize equipment fleet utilization in the field. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new rental accounts within assigned territory Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Promote the rental of construction equipment, including earthmoving, compaction, and specialty machines Conduct job site visits to assess equipment needs and provide tailored solutions Coordinate with the rental operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Track sales activity, prepare quotes, and maintain accurate records in CRM Meet or exceed monthly rental revenue goals Qualifications Outside sales experience, preferably in construction equipment, industrial services, or a related field Strong knowledge of construction equipment and applications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills Familiarity with CRM, business management systems (CDK preferred) and Microsoft Office What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission plan Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities
