Job Description
Part Time Rental Coordinator 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Colmar, PA 18915 North Penn Mazda is seeking a part-time rental assistant who has customer service experience and a valid driver’s license. Daily tasks include but are not limited to: Creating customer rental contracts for Mazda Customers Closing out rental contracts with the correct information Answering rental calls Scheduling appointments for rental cars Dealing with insurance companies for a variety of reasons Driving rental cars through the automatic car wash and cleaning the inside Routine checks on rental vehicles The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a cleaning driving record, and experience in customer service.
Rental Agent Qualification:
Experience in the automotive or related industry preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with cleaning driving record required Willingness to go outside in all weather, dusk, or dawn Excellent communication skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Ability to multitask and stay organized under stress Pass a background check and Drug test

Morning Shift:
Monday to Friday 7 AM-11 AM, every other Saturday 8 AM- 5
PM Afternoon Shift:
