This is an office position, but you will be interacting with our delivery drivers and warehouse associates as well.

Responsibilities:

• 30-40 hours per week, hours will fluctuate through our busy season
• Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner
• Speaking with customer walk-ins
• Creating invoices
• Basic billing and accounting
• Filing and general clerical duties
• Submit sales contracts and process payments
• Helping customers load vehicle (for customer pick up orders)
• Must be able to lift 30+lbs Skills /

Job Requirements:

• Upbeat and friendly personality
• Fast and creative thinking
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated
• Forethought to visualize customer’s needs
• Excellent command of the English Language, Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales, events, or rentals is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Hourly position, may change to salary based on performance and longevity
• $17 starting
• Off major holidays
• 30 minutes
• 1 hour for lunch daily
