Position:
Rental Yard Coordinator Milton Rents is looking for a dependable and motivated Yard Technician to support our equipment rental operations. This role is key to keeping our yard organized and our equipment ready for customers.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect, clean, and prepare rental equipment for delivery or return. Assist with loading and unloading equipment from trucks. Perform basic maintenance and safety checks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment. Support drivers and mechanics with equipment handling and logistics .
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license preferred.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED, trade school certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
- Valid medical card and/or ability to obtain medical card.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending.
- Ability to work inside and outside in variable weather conditions.
