What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Representative, you’re the heart of the studio. You’ll guide curious prospects toward a healthier lifestyle and transform them into long-term Club Pilates members. Lead engaging studio tours and introduce guests to our unique Pilates experience Conduct Demo Classes that leave a lasting impression Manage leads and drive conversions through personalized communication and follow-up Consistently hit monthly sales goals and celebrate wins with your team Represent Club Pilates at local community events and pop-ups Support daily studio operations with enthusiasm and ownership

What We’re Looking For:

A people person with a passion for fitness and wellness Sales or customer service experience (fitness industry a bonus!) Excellent communication—on the phone, via email, and in person Organized and tech-savvy (familiarity with ClubReady is a plus) Self-motivated with a goal-crushing mindset Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends Local to the Prattville area or have reliable transportation
