Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to enhance the customer experience. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to assist customers effectively. Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is an advantage.
