Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing change as needed. Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Uphold company policies regarding customer service and store operations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively. Experience in retail sales with a solid understanding of retail math concepts. Ability to sell products confidently while addressing customer needs. Familiarity with operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. A proactive approach to stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
