Sales Associate 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 501 Mcmeans Avenue, Bay Minette, AL 36507 Our Sales Associates will promote the exceptional benefits and value of our Unlimited Wash Club Memberships and process payments while staffing our Pay Stations. WE NEED high-energy personalities that thrive in a fast-paced OUTDOOR environment to provide a welcoming atmosphere to our Unlimited Wash Club Members and memorable first impression to our new customers to our wash sites, while greeting our other regular customers. You will work with our highly trained teams to treat every customer like family while helping to provide the best car wash experience every day to every customer. A top performing Sales Associate will earn $20+/hour when commission is included , with no cap and potential to earn even more. A good candidate is a person with strong communication skills who knows how to greet every customer and treat them like family. A positive and friendly attitude is a must, as well as the ability to efficiently and effectively handle potential customer complaints and other issues as needed. The focus of this position is sales and selling our Unlimited Wash Club Memberships while maintaining a customer first mentality. We are looking for self-motivated people who are looking for success while making a competitive sales commission plus their hourly base rate .
