- Assist the VIP Sales Manager in day-to-day activities and administrative tasks
- Conduct mining of our data base and incoming appointments for our service lane
- Support direct sales efforts by following up with clients and maintaining customer relationships
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team on cold calling initiatives and outreach campaigns
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
- Upsell products or services to existing customers Experience
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, or technical sales is preferred but we will train
