Job Description:
Ensure all guests receive superior shopping experiences at Cabana 8. Greet all guests in a cheerful and courteous manner and provide attentive and cordial service.
Job Tasks:
Greet and assist guests promptly. Assist in answering telephone and assisting guests with information regarding Turquoise Place and services Ring purchases up correctly and follow proper check/cash handling procedures. Stock and merchandise store supplies as needed Assist in inventory management Maintain the cleanliness of the store to required standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills :
Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills Must possess excellent customer service skills Must have basic computer experience and the ability to learn on-site point of sales system Prior retail experience is a plus!
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk during entire shift Ability to reach, bend and stoop Ability to carry 25 pound several times during a shift over a medium distance Ability to climb ladder as needed
