Please select Sales Associate when applying The Luxury Accessories Sales Associate is responsible for the organization, sales, and clienteling within the area of responsibility with knowledge and skills needed for Dillard’s. Delivering Annual Sales goals, inclusive of personal and department goals. Professionalism is required and an emphasis on effective customer engagement and best sales practices. Have a passion for current fashion trends within accessories. The following brands are at our current location: James Avery, Kendra Scott, Bulova, Citizen watches, Versace Sunglasses, Vintage Louis Vuitton, Vintage Gucci, etc. The expectation is that the Luxury Accessories Sales Associate has great product knowledge, and is able to cross sell within Accessories. We are looking for a highly motivated person who loves customer interaction, and Luxury goods! We want someone who is a personal stylist within accessories that strives to build relationships with their clients, and coworkers. Responsibilities Maintaining daily sales goals, and department sales plans. Setting merchandise from the dock to maintain visual standards Maintaining visual presentation standards Execute corporate promotions and events as well as local community outreach Clienteling through Connect App on phone. Being able to self start daily activities required for the job. Continuing brand education through Learner Mobile Develop a strong clientele base It is the responsibility of this position to perform other related work, tasks, or duties as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or direct superviser. Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent experience. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Ability to build positive and productive relationships—with clients, management and team. Exhibits sound business judgment and agility. Prior selling and customer service required. Superior time management skills. Highly motivated and results orientated. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Computer savvy. Regular attendance is required with the ability to work overtime as needed.

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
