• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Process customer returns and exchanges

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
• Previous experience in jewelry or electronics sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong sales skills to promote products and close sales
