Xclusive Trading Inc., the 4th largest authorized dealer for Metro by T-Mobile in the US, offers an exciting opportunity for Sales Reps to grow within a dynamic team. As a Sales Rep, you will deliver outstanding customer service and achieve customer loyalty by selling wireless phones, services, and accessories in-store and in the community.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required. Paid training provided. Must be Bilingual (Both English and Spanish)

Preferred Skills:

Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient computer skills High energy and an inviting, positive personality

Key Responsibilities:

Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow the customer base Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various store locations Perform daily opening and closing procedures Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring it aligns with company standards Update promotional collateral and price cards as needed Complete training courses by assigned deadlines Attend meetings and participate in marketing events inside and outside the store Exhibit a winning attitude and consistently strive to meet monthly sales goals Why Join Us?
