The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide excellent service.
Shipping and Packaging:
Process and pack packages for various shipping methods, including domestic and international options.
Printing and Copying:
Operate store equipment for printing, copying, binding, and laminating.
Sales and Up-selling:
Knowingly promote products and services, and offer additional solutions to customers.
Technology:
Be proficient with Point of Sale systems, software packages, and internet applications.
Store Operations:
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and manage end-of-day duties.
Physical Demands:
Be able to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50-75+ pounds.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Skills Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Experience in retail sales or related fields is advantageous but not required.
