In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, handling cash transactions, and assisting with food preparation in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions efficiently. Prepare food items according to company standards while maintaining cleanliness and food safety protocols. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy. Provide assistance to customers as needed, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Basic food handling knowledge is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
