Overview:
Sozo Trading Co is looking for a Part Time Retail Associate. It is the duty of the Retail Associate to hold the mission, vision and core values of Sozo Children. The Retail Associate must be able to sign Sozo Children’s Statement of Faith.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
- Utilize product knowledge and technical sales skills to demonstrate products and answer questions.
- Ring up sales on a cash register or POS system, accurately handling transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Perform product demos and promotions to showcase products and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support other areas of the store.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and engaging shopping experience.
- Conduct product knowledge and sales training sessions for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services, participating in ongoing training and education to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory, track sales, and analyze data to drive business decisions.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling is essential.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.
- Experience with product demos and promotions is a plus.
