Retail Administrator Bessemer, AL
Description The Retail Office Clerk will compile records associated with the ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping of retail materials, supplies, and equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Purchase equipment and services for the retail stores while maintaining accurate records. Prepare, process, and store Purchase Orders. Process, collect, file, organize office documents and Accounts Payables for the Retail Department. Perform recordkeeping duties utilizing DocuWare File Management software. Assist the Retail Pricing Clerk with pricing duties. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks at once. Friendly, outgoing personality. Previous customer service experience. Strong communication skills.
Able to work unsupervised.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required in addition to least one year of applicable experience.
