After 90 days, you will be paid a weekly draw and commission. We offer a great commission structure with an escalating commission % with the more you sell, the greater the commission. The average annual pay for a first year Sales Associate is $50k+ up to $100,000 for top performers. What you earn depends on you! Requirements:
Sales experience (preferably in furniture business) Persuasive Confident Friendly and outgoing personality Customer-focused Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic, positive, and “can do” attitude Multi-tasker who is able to juggle priorities Organized and detailed (yes there is paperwork) Thorough follow up skills Must be flexible to work a retail schedule of 40+ hours per week including weekends and holidays.
