Roofing Sales Professional Southern Guard Roofing 500 Chase Pk South, Hoover, AL 35244 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing sales, insurance claims, D2D interactions, and retail sales skills, with a focus on outside sales and territory management. Duties Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door knocking and referral programs. Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients. Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales processes and improve performance. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or roofing sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Experience in D2D sales, outside sales, or territory sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with D2D sales processes and strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and priorities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
