We provide a salary guarantee for your first 90 days so you can gain product knowledge and learn the ropes to help get you started in your career with Royal. After 90 days, you will be paid a weekly draw and commission. We offer a great commission structure with an escalating commission % with the more you sell, the greater the commission. The average annual pay for a first year Sales Team Associate is $50k+ up to $100,000 for top performers. What you earn depends on you! As a Sales Team Associate, you will ensure a customer focused experience by helping customers create a home they love, offering suggestions, assisting with the best financing options, and providing outstanding service.
Requirements:
Sales experience (preferably in furniture business) Persuasive Confident Friendly and outgoing personality Customer-focused Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic, positive, and “can do” attitude Multi-tasker who is able to juggle priorities Organized and detailed (yes there is paperwork) Thorough follow up skills Must be flexible to work a retail schedule of 40+ hours per week including weekends and holidays.
