Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions. Explain the benefits of TV, phone, and internet services to potential customers. Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot service-related issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date on the latest telecommunications products, promotions, and company policies. Make Up A Verizon Sales Associate:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, client services, customer service, or a related entry-level role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. Proven ability to conduct outreach and establish rapport with customers. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs and industry changes. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

$45,712.00 – $58,704.00 per year
