In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with a focus on both new business development and account management. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs. Assist customers in selecting furniture, ensuring it fits their space, style, and budget. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling. Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Takes, verifies and processes customer orders. Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. Process transactions and payments efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Assist in organizing and displaying furniture on the sales floor. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations. Good understanding of furniture and interior design principles. Sales-driven, with a track record of achieving sales goals. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in furniture or home goods, is a plus. Ability to lift and move furniture or assist with customer deliveries as needed. Comfortable with fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
