Skills Proficiency in retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory management. Strong skills in inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and vendors. Experience in retail sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to provide effective sales support through collaboration with team members and other departments. Familiarity with outbound sales techniques to identify new business opportunities. Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus but not required.
