Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure efficient operations within our establishment.

Duties:

• Sanitate work areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and orders.
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation and assembly of menu items.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
• Utilize retail math skills for transactions and inventory management.
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
• Handle grocery store operations including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Safely handle food products following proper food handling procedures.
• Operate POS systems, preferably experienced with Aloha POS.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
• Proficiency in time management to meet service demands promptly.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate transactions.
